He came off his route to pull me out within 15 minutes of the call and I was back on the road. And in -20 windchill he probably saved us from much more misery. Very professional from the time of arrival. Knew his business and took good care of our car. I recommend to family and friends. Great service!
xX_tot_XxWould recommend! The night before Thanksgiving of all days, my car broke down about 20 minutes from Detroit. I needed it towed about 100 miles away. I get a call from the owner of J&R and am offered a massive discount, like hundreds less than other companies I called. He came and saved me and my friend stranded at a Rite Aid around 1am, haha. Im SO thankful and believe this has to be one of the best towing companies in Michigan. Really above and beyond!!!
- Tom GAmazing service! We lost a wheel on a trailer, leaving us stranded about an hour away from our destination. J & R was on the scene about 15 minutes after we called, and when we couldn't find an open repair shop nearby, they offered to tow it all the way back home for us. Prompt, professional, and courteous, J & R goes above and beyond the call of duty. Wish I could give them 10 stars!
